Dietician Services

One-on-one advice from a dietician to help control diabetes, digestion problems, cholesterol and other health issues. You will need a doctor's prescription.

Medicine Cabinet Revisited

"Take on an empty stomach," "Avoid foods rich in vitamin K," or "Do not take with milk or milk products." The goal of this information kit is to help seniors take a closer look at the reasons for the warning labels on pill bottles. Learn more about the  Medicine Cabinet Revisited project.
