Housing Advice
At Jeffery Hale Community Services, we realize that your housing needs can change as you get older and this can be a difficult transition in life.
Our aim is to make sure that you have all the support and information you need about your housing and homecare options.
Evaluation of Needs
Looking for an apartment or residence with services? We will evaluate your needs and guide you in this often difficult decision.
Long-term Care Placement Requests
Sometimes, staying in your own home is just no longer realistic and a public nursing home is the best option. Our social workers will assess your care needs and fill in all the forms required to enter a public long-term care centre.
Read our brochure called How to Apply to Enter a Public Nursing Home for more details.
McGreevy Manor
If you are aged 75 years or older and can maintain your own apartment and take care of your daily needs, then McGreevy Manor could be an option for you. People younger than 75 may also be eligible to live in this residence.
