Workshop Mini-series for Caregivers

Auteur: Jan Anderson-Toupin

Publié: 02 septembre, 2010

With today's advanced medical treatments and increased life expectancies, chances are that most of us will be involved in the caregiving process, either as a caregiver, the recipient of care or perhaps both. Caregiving can take a toll on the care provider. It is wise to equip oneself with knowledge, tools, and services. This season Jeffery Hale Community Services will be sponsoring workshops on topics of interest to caregivers.

All workshops will take place in the Coin Soleil room, 2nd floor of the Jeffery Hale, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

  • Tuesday, October 5, 2010: The Mourning Proces, with Hélène Morrissette, Psychologist
  • Tuesday, February 1, 2011: Legal Advice for Caregivers with Brian A. Garneau, Attorney
  • Tuesday, May 3, 2011: Compassion Fatigue with Susan Von Der Haar, MSW

Chitchat Club

Auteur: Jan Anderson-Toupin
